I work with leaders on the human side of complex decisions. Most of the people I work with are strong on strategy and direction. What's harder is what happens when a decision meets actual people — someone who's stopped engaging, a team that's gone quiet, two people in the leadership team who no longer trust each other. A lot of what I do is dilemmas: what the organisation needs pulling one way, what the people in it need pulling another, and no option that's free. We slow things down until more of the picture is visible — what's driving the people involved, what's at stake in each direction. Then we work on the language. Saying something complex so it can actually be heard is often the hardest part. I've done this for thirty years, most of it as a mediator. An hour costs 2000 sek (175 - 190€).
