Step 0 – a first session before you decide

What it can be about

• A conflict in the family: between siblings, between parents and adult children, or in a separation

• A succession or a disagreement in a family business

• A deadlock between colleagues, in a team or in a management group

 

How it works

1. You fill in a short form about the situation. It takes about five minutes.

2. You pay €170 incl. VAT and receive suggested times.

3. We have a one-hour conversation by video or phone.

4. Within a week you receive a written summary with a recommended way forward.

 

What you leave with

• A clearer picture of what the conflict is really about

• A recommendation: mediation, coaching, advice or something else

• Concrete next steps, whether or not you continue with us

If you want to continue after Step 0, you'll get a proposal with format and price. Follow-up sessions are charged separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does the other party need to take part in Step 0? No. Step 0 is a conversation with you. If a mediation becomes relevant, we'll talk about how the other party can be invited.

Is it confidential? Yes. What you tell us stays between us.

What if it isn't mediation I need? Then we'll say so, and suggest what would help instead.
