How we work
We start with one conversation. You get to try what it's like to think out loud with Kay, and Kay gets to understand your situation. If we both want to continue, it often becomes a collaboration over time, at the pace you need. Everything is confidential.
SEK 2,000 + VAT per session. Longer collaborations by agreement.
Background
Thirty years of experience with conflict and difficult conversations, most of it as a mediator, in family businesses, organisations and between parties with a lot at stake. That gives an eye for what isn't being said in the room. [Replace with your own wording and add a photo.]
